Update: I can connect to a shared folder just fine, so it looks like the problem is either with CUPS or the printer section of my smb.conf file (not sure what would have changed, but can't think of what else it could be).
Here is my printers section of smb.conf:
Code:
# NOTE: If you have a BSD-style print system there is no need to
# specifically define each individual printer
[printers]
comment = All Printers
path = /var/spool/samba
# Set public = yes to allow user 'guest account' to print
browseable = yes
guest ok = yes
printable = yes
use client driver = yes
and here is my /etc/cups/printers.conf:
Code:
# Printer configuration file for CUPS v1.3.7
# Written by cupsd on 2008-07-01 00:53
<DefaultPrinter Epson>
Info Epson
DeviceURI usb://EPSON/Stylus%20Photo%20R300
State Idle
StateTime 1214885184
Accepting Yes
Shared Yes
JobSheets none none
QuotaPeriod 0
PageLimit 0
KLimit 0
OpPolicy default
ErrorPolicy stop-printer
</Printer>
and finally, my /etc/cups/cupsd.conf (although I think it's just default):
Code:
LogLevel info
SystemGroup sys root
# Allow remote access
Port 631
Listen /var/run/cups/cups.sock
# Enable printer sharing and shared printers.

Thanks in advance if anyone notices anything that I have wrong.
