Can't finf Tcl private headers

Having some dificulties insalling Expect-5.42

It is looking for the Tcl Private Headers and can't find them. Looking at the config file it is looking for the file called tclInt.h

I don't have this file, so searching the web it said to install a current version as they have the file. Did that. Installed tcl 8.4.7 and still no luck.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
