Burning Slackware ISOs
I downloaded the Slackware ISOs, and a want to burn them using GnomeToaster, but I need to know what steps to take to insure that the burn goes smoothly, and that its burnt to where it will work like an install disk..
I agree with Allen614 - the key is to set the speed parameter to a modest value rather than to the max that your CD-RW claims to support. The CLI is a great way to burn, and as long as you keep the speed down the chances of coasters is minimal -- J.W.
