Building Gnome 3.x from git

As title says I want to build gnome 3 from git because GSB64-3.0 doesn't work for me. I have cloned git clone jhbuild and ran ./autogen.sh script. However it says I'm missing gnome-autogen.sh

So I need a lot of things from gnome git. What I need else? Is there a better guide than this http://developer.gnome.org/jhbuild/2.32/jhbuild.html

Here is what I got:

bash-4.1# ./autogen.sh
gnome-autogen.sh not available
Configuring jhbuild without autotools
Now type `make' to compile jhbuild

bash-4.1# make
make: *** [include-check] Error 1

Please help. I am using Slackware 64 13.37.

http://developer.gnome.org/jhbuild/3.2/jhbuild.html

You need to install gnome-common and gnome-doc-utils.

Furthermore, you have a couple of different options.

a) using jhbuild with a prefix in your ~ directory as a user.

This will keep gnome3 confined to your user and will not pollute the rest of your system

b) using jhbuild with an /opt/gnome prefix

c) building gnome3 from the latest 3.2 release tarballs using the gsb-build-system.

For this method you will have to edit the slackbuilds that were made for 3.0 to build 3.2

https://github.com/gnomeslackbuild/g...d-system/wiki/

I used all three methods around six months ago and they all ended up working.

Thank you. 3rd option suits best to me, because it takes so much time to play with jhbuild. I will try it when I had free time.
