bluetooth keyboard problem
Hi
ThinkPad Compact Bluetooth Keyboard it is detected, pairing does nothing, I get no number shown, a manual number does not work, typing it in and enter does nothing but the keyboard can be connected, and than it works, but after a while it is disconnected and needs a connect again. What is bad because I am a bit away from the notebook and the whole idea of the keyboard is to have the possibility of keeping distance. I thought such things just work just out of the box, a mouse with a extra bluetooth dongle work without any issue but the keyboard has no extra dongle, so what do I have to do that this keyboard just works and stays connected? |
Just a few thoughts,
Maybe the batteries are low? I don't use bluetooth, but I know there are a few different categories, each with different ranges. Maybe your keyboard has a shorter range than you assumed? How is your computer's internal bluetooth device working. Does it work with devices other than your keyboard? |
I found this, it helps
