Blacklisting packages with "slackpkg"???
Hello fellow slackers, I have been using Slackware for quite some time now. I'm trying to utilize slackpkg for updating my system. When I originally installed Slackware, I installed it minus any of the KDE packages (KDE, KDEi) and also without any of the "y" or "Games" packages. Now when I update my system, I would like to do so without any of the KDE or kernel packages. I am aware of the blacklist file in slackpkg and I have read the vague man page but still don't know how go about blacklisting those packages. Do I have to blacklist every individual package in those directories or can I blacklist the directory itself. Can anyone give my an idea???

You can type
Code:
slackpkg blacklist kde Fluxx. |
Hey fluxx, thanx for the quick response. I didn't even realize that it would be that simple....
