Tried Dar using the command line and Kdar gui.. no luck.. always hangs making the 'slices' aka .bzip files Mondorescue would also have errors.. once at 99% ... blah!!! partimage - apparently does not suppose 2.6 kernels yet.. I have no idea what that is all about Is there another app I can try that anyone knows of?? I just want a few simple disk to be able to put everything back as it is now if something bad should happen :) some info: toshiba laptop 2.6.10 slack current partitions = / /home and /usr hardrive is using about 5 gigs of 20 thanks for any help |
