Autoplaying DVDs, Hal, kde, dbus etc
I've been trying to get a dvd to autoplay but nothing I've tried seems to work. I have a 'dvd' script that starts up mplayer with correct parameters, so I normally just use a link to it or type in console. Works fine.
But when I try to point kde to it as an action to do when inserting a DVD Video it complains that 'a folder was found when a file was expected'. I've tried using full path, putting 'bash' in front of it but no go. I also tried playing withe the .desktop file with same results. Has anyone found out how to do this yet? |
Hi,
Try the link below. Have this installed here and works like a charm. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/i...r.bz2?download |
Works great. Many thanks. A non gnome or kde dependent volume manager! Need more s/w like this imo.
