Here's a hint, install slack on two partitions, one for / and one for /home, that way if you decide to reinstall for whatever reason you only format the / partition and can keep all the important stuff in /home/you safe. I download everything to /home/bern/download and do all my software building in there as well, that way if I ever need to reinstall (it happens.....sometimes things just get too crufty :-) often I just need to do "make install" in each source DIR to get things back to the way they were.

Working now, well kinda. Can print from kate at least, printing form mozilla produces pages of code still
