Altera slackware problem

Hi! has anyone installed Altera 14 on a slackware 14.1 32 bits?

trying to run the ./setup but its calling a .run file (binary file) which will not open.

the errors are:

Code:
Quartus-web-14.0.0.200-linux/components/QuartusSetupWeb-14.0.0.200-linux.run: cannot execute binary file
line 79:
Code:
export SCRIPT_PATH=`dirname "$0"`
export CMD_NAME="$SCRIPT_PATH/components/QuartusSetupWeb-14.0.0.200-linux.run"
eval exec "\"$CMD_NAME\"" $@
Any ideas?
I think the problem the file mean to be for 64 bits system.
Can I get around to it?
Thanks

Update:

If I do:

Quote:
$ file /Altera/QuartusSetupWeb-14.0.0.200-linux.run
I get:

Quote:
/Altera/QuartusSetupWeb-14.0.0.200-linux.run: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (GNU/Linux), statically linked, stripped
