After upgrade, my mouse/keyboard don't work anymore in X.

Hello all. After upgrade to current ,my mouse/keyboard don't work anymore in X ,but they do work in console. I can remember My last upgrade is sudo and samba, and then I choose the Overwrite option.I use a ati card and the driver is the newest 10.8.So What should I do now?Any help would be appreciated.

Hello I have found the solution:
add these lines to xorg.conf:

Code:
Section "ServerFlags"
   Option "AllowEmptyInput" "off"
EndSection
But I don't know why these happens beacause I have never add these to my old xorg.conf and it do works well until my last upgrade.

But now only root can log to kde , My mormal user account could not login.
the error message is as follows:

Code:
call to lnusertemp failed(temporary directiries full?).
and when return text mode ,more message is like this:

Code:
(EE) config/hal : couldn't initialise context: unknown error (null)
xset: bad font path element (#23), possible causes are:
Directory does not exist or has wrong permissions
directory missing fonts.dir
incorrect font server address or synatax.
Error: "/var/tmp/kde-cache-hudi" is not a directory.
startxkde: call to lnusertemp failed(temporary directiries full?).check your installations.

After installing the latest 'sudo' package, this problem will be resolved.

ap/sudo-1.7.4p4-i486-2.txz: Rebuilt.
The last sudo packages accidentally changed the permissions on /var from
755 to 700. This build restores the proper permissions.
Thanks to Petri Kaukasoina for pointing this out.
