It just looks like it can't see the drive for some reason. My guess is it is not loading the correct module for it, can you tell the name of the drive?

Did you look at the links I posted? The second will give you a detailed step by step approach to do what you want, including the additional steps necessary to make it work (ie. initrd, modules, etc.) and show you how to identify drives with UUID instead of /dev/sdxy, etc.
