Sorry to have to say this, but after installing Freshplayerplugin and PepperFlash, I come to find out that I STILL need Flash player in order to get my Facebook games to work . However, I understand that there's another possible solution in the form of a plugin known as Shumway (google it). The thing is, however, that I don't know how to get it to work with Slackware . Any suggestions?

In that case, my next question is: How do I get my Facebook games to work in Firefox WITHOUT Flash player?
You don't. MOST facebook games are still developed in flash natively, having not been converted to HTML5 capable, and so will require flash. Plain and simple, they're not converted to html5 yet, and so won't work with html5. You can try shumway, which from what I read is basically a wrapper for flash to be run in html5 like freshplayer is a wrapper for pepperflash to work with npapi, but never known anyone to try it so no clue if it'll work.
