Add 32-bit UEFI support to install media?

Unfortunately, there are still some OEMs that think 32-bit UEFI on x86_64 hardware is a sensible thing. Would it be possible to humour them, and add the IA-32 elilo image to efiboot.img and usbboot.img as EFI/BOOT/BOOTIA32.EFI?

Additionally, this patch should make eliloconfig detect when the device is using 32-bit UEFI and make it install the 32-bit elilo image in the ESP when this is the case. Entirely untested, as I'm still waiting for my new laptop (bought without practising due diligence) to arrive; you have been warned.

I'm no expert, but I don't think cat /sys/firmware/efi/fw_platform_size` will work on kernels < 4.0. The file doesn't exist on my 14.1 system (3.10 kernel).

Yes, but it would be quite uncharacteristic for the 14.1 install media to be adulterated so long after release, don't you agree? This is something I'd like to see for 14.2. :^)

It might be possible, but we aren't going to support it.

Don't buy that hardware.

Fair enough. I'll stick to rolling my own. I know that properly testing support for this would be a not insignificant maintenance/release engineering burden (and financial, if you don't have the hardware to begin with), so I understand your position.
