activate voodoo 3 acceleration

Hi,
right now, I'm using a Voodoo 3 3000 and tried to activate the 3D acceleration in order to play Enemy Territory or Quake2. But every attempt failed.

Has somebody the same specifications and can give me a how-to or a link to a how-to which worked for him?

A vodoo 3 3000... yikes.. Would Enemry Territory actually run on that card? its ancient! Probably easier to go pick up a used nvidia card...
