I'd have never thought of that interpretation. Don't know the context, but it's likely he was agreeing.
Yes, no muzzle -- it is a beak. there are a couple white stripes near beak and neck where when scaled smaller during bootup said stripes appeared like a strap that holds a muzzle on.
(Friends have a male Aussie Shepherd dog [and a muzzle] for when the dog travels in the car) (dog gets excited in the car).
