I tried MagicISO. I downloaded the setup file and installed with CrossOver (Wine) and it installed okay. I ran the program and it ran but came up with an error message, and offered two choices: send email about the problem, click Yes; or just click NO to close the program.
I clicked No first and it closed, then I reran and clicked Yes, and it did nothing in regards to email, but the program remained open.
I then was able to use the Tools and Decompress UIF worked to convert the UIF disc image to an ISO file. I then burned the ISO to CD-ROM using Nerolinux. Although using the Convert option from the Tools menu did nothing, but at least the Decompress UIF worked, so if you need to burn a UIF to disc, use that option.
I also did not need to pay for the program, I just used it as a trial version.
The only problem with magicISO, is that in trial mode, it will not convert/burn anything over 300MB. Also, I couldn't get it to work with WINE, much less get wine to work. Too bad one couldn't write a terminal app to take care of this?
I've dressed up the sources for all2iso a little bit for easier compiling and created man-pages for most of the programs. I then repackaged it all into a tarball and uploaded to my site with the src2pkg build script. There is also an installable binary package for Slackware there:

The UIF file I converted was over 400 MB in size. It does work in trial mode on files larger than 300 MB, although not all options work.
