[slackbuilds.org, slack14.0]: libvpx compile failed

Hello,

As you can check, ffmpeg requires libvpx; so I have to compile it.

As root, I have typed:

~# sbopkg -r ; sbopkg -b libvpx

Some minutes later, the compile ends with this error message:

make[1]: Nothing to be done for `install'.
cp: cannot stat 'build-tmp/docs/html': No such file or directory

libvpx:
Would you like to continue processing the rest of the
queue or would you like to abort? If this failed
package is a dependency of another package in the queue
then it may not make sense to continue.

(Y)es to continue, (N)o to abort, (R)etry the build?:

Can you help me?

Thank you

h-w

The real error will have occurred much earlier on. If you kept a log of the compilation output, you could search for "Error " or "error:" and find the exact spot.
Are you certain that you have become root by using "su -" ? For some builds it is not enough to run "su" (i.e. without the dash) because that will not give you a full root environment.

Alternatively you can just grab my ffmpeg-0.11.2 package which requires no other package to be installed because everything is already built-in: http://taper.alienbase.nl/mirrors/pe...builds/ffmpeg/

I have logged in as root (init 3).

I have redirected the messages to a text file that I called libvpx.log

cat libvpx.log | grep error

diplays:

libvpx-v1.1.0/examples/error_resilient.txt
libvpx-v1.1.0/examples/includes/geshi/docs/api/errors.html
libvpx-v1.1.0/vp8/decoder/error_concealment.c
libvpx-v1.1.0/vp8/decoder/error_concealment.h
[EXAMPLE] error_resilient.c
[DEP] error_resilient.c.d
[CC] error_resilient.c.o
