Unhappy [insmod problem] help!!

I have a wireless card. So I downloaded a driver for that card. After I

compiled that , then I "insmod acx_pci" . But it encountered an error.

"unresolved symbol del_timer_sync" . Does someone that means? What

should I do ? Many thanks if you guys could give me some advise.

After installing the module somewhere in the the /lib/modules folder, be sure and run 'depmod -a' before loading the module.
