[CLOSED] Mount USB drive Not authorised to perform operation

Hi guys!

I was installing Slackware 14.1 XFCE on a new laptop and transferring some files from the old computer. I transferred some files successfully and on the next attempt to plug in the usb drive I got this message
Code:
Not authorized to perform operation
Tried to mount another partition and got the same message. Before that everything was working.

Plus, when trying to reboot I got SUSPEND, RESTART and SHUT DOWN options grayed, only LOGOUT is active. I have no idea what happened!

Thanks in advance!

Go to /etc/inittab and change default runlevel from 3 to 4. With the next boot, your system will start GUI automatically, and those remaining options should be active.

Copy proper xinitrc file from /etc/X11/xinit to your home directory.
Code:
cp /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.xfce ~/.xinitrc

@Andersen
I am on level 4 already.
@kyxsd
That didn't help.

Update: Reinstalled OS and everything is OK.
