The current AMD drivers do not support xorg-server 1.14, which is used in -current. That you even could start X is more or less a miracle.
So, this is not a bug, this is due to slow driver development by AMD.

anti_user, here solution. It compiles.

UPD: Translation:
(It compiles, and works, but not be so happy. In my case Chrome segfaults my X exactly in this video driver. But without it(on out-of-box driver) when zapping(C+A+Bs) X it is often cannot return into framebuffers video mode correctly(see green-coloured rectangular zones which change accordingly to changes caused by my actiosn)(so I forced return to X via startx blindly or to do "telinit 6" in the same manner). Generally speaking, it is fate not to use Slackware on AMDs solutions now.)

So, 13.3 Beta also compiles and also crashed when opening GoogleChrome and even Firefox... Waiting for new versions of fglrx

You might want to note that this issue has happened before and not just with fglrx driver but with Nvidia also.

As a known rule, because -Current is in an ever evolving state, proprietary drivers are ill-advised to use unless you want to blacklist packages like libdrm, libmesa, the x11 drivers, and the kernel from updates.

For -Current it is recommended you stick to the open source x11 drivers or use a release issue of Slackware like 14.0.
