[ANN] Soma 2.10.0

Soma 2.10.0 is ready:

Changes:

Updated radio station URLs and removed some 404s.
Changed the dialog theme system to how it was before, so that you won't find ~/.soma filling up with different versions. Default is ~/.soma/dialogrc.
Added a greenrc dialog theme.

Things I can't yet fix:

Dialog title is in white no matter which theme you use. There doesn't seem to be a setting for that, or I couldn't find one yet anyway.

Small bugfix with mixer selector makes it 2.10.1

*Edit: 2.10.2 tidies the menu entry
