'useradd' wrong id for group 'users'

today i tried to add a new user with adduser and after creating the account it complains about the id for group 'users' in /etc/default/useradd

# cat /etc/default/useradd
# useradd defaults file
GROUP=1000
HOME=/home
INACTIVE=-1
EXPIRE=
SHELL=/bin/bash
SKEL=/etc/skel
CREATE_MAIL_SPOOL=yes

after that i modified into GROUP=100 like this:

# cat /etc/default/useradd
# useradd defaults file
GROUP=100
HOME=/home
INACTIVE=-1
EXPIRE=
SHELL=/bin/bash
SKEL=/etc/skel
CREATE_MAIL_SPOOL=yes

and used again the adduser command and now works like it should.

# grep etc/default/useradd /var/log/packages/*
/var/log/packages/shadow-4.1.4.2-x86_64-2:etc/default/useradd

i think the shadow package should be rebuilted
