where to start?


yo. does anyone have any tips for me where to start if i wanna learn to program? wich language and any good siteswhere i can get a newbie help?

well it would be better if you had a preference for a languange, so with that said...i am just going to throw you some C / C++ sites, and i am sure others will add some others...

right now i just made my first program ever (a calculator that can count plus )

The best book for beginners, IMHO, is nothing but Bruce Eckel's book, i.e., Thinking in C++

Browse throw the book and you will feel the power of C++ flow through you(Ok,Ok)
