Install the xorg devel packages. Unfortunately you didn't state what distro you are using and its not in your profile, so we can't provide you with more accurate info on how to install the missing package.

now I have the problem
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.2) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!

You are supposed to copy the commands as they are in my post except for the $ sign. In my previous posts I mentioned that you need to install the *devel packages of xorg and qt so they are the ones you are looking for by running the commands above.
