RH8 help

I installed RH 8.0 and tested some testing functions.
My traceroute6 and tracepath6 rock but ping6 doesn't work.
I used ping6 to any local node or www.6bone.net but it still didn't work. What I don't understand is that i can use ping and other some stuffes regarded network without any problems ( this includes ping too but ping6 doesn't work) but ping6 didn't rock any.

"Ping6 ::1" works .

This is what i got after some experiments.(I only have one IPv6 node, others are still IPv4)
Local net
all IPv4 command ok ok
ping ok ok
traceroute6 ok(www.6bone.net)
tracepath6 ok
ping6 6to4 is ok not work
pin6 loop back ok
ping6 multicast ok(It only found itself)

Thank very much for your post
