How to make Konqueror auto-refresh

Noticed that when a file is copied to a new directory, it does not always show up in Konqueror. It would take a manual refresh to show the file.

How can I make Konqueror auto-fresh immediately?

By the way, I am using SUSE 9.2 and had FAM installed.

3.3 doesn't have that feature either. KDE 3.4 that shipped with SuSE 9.3 might.

It may depend on what Konqueror profile you're on. The Web Browser profile should have it, which you can use for files as well I think.
