DVD Shrink Open File fails

In DVD Shrink under Wine, when I press "Open File" button, the window for search folder is empty.

I have tried running DVDShrink with:

wine "/[...]/DVD Shrink/DVD Shrink 3.1.exe" "Y:\dvdbackup\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO"

but it has not work. Wine says (more or less): unable to determine programm to open IFO extension.

I have tried with all possible combinations of ":
wine ""/[...]/DVD Shrink/DVD Shrink 3.1.exe" "Y:\dvdbackup\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO""

wine /[...]/DVD\ Shrink/DVD\ Shrink\ 3.1.exe "Y:\dvdbackup\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO"

wine "/[...]/DVD\ Shrink/DVD\ Shrink\ 3.1.exe "Y:\dvdbackup\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO""

....

I have used dvd shrink with no problems.
For my setup,I have H: loaded in my $HOME/.wine/config as my home directory, and I have a directory under my home called dvds.

Example:
I have a directory containing a movie I want to backup in $HOME/dvds/movie_to_backup, then I invoke dvd shrink as follows,

wine ./DVD\ Shrink\ 3.1.exe "H:\\dvds\m*"

(because I'm lazy). It works fine. In fact, it works so well (working programs are boring), I'm now going to play with dvdbackup -

My wine config for H: is

[Drive H]
"Type" = "hd"
"Path" = "/home/ianc"
"Label" = "Home"
"FS" = "win95"
