Question is QOS enabled by default in Mandrake 9.2?

Pls i would want to know whether Quality of Service (QoS) is hard compiled or enabled as modules in the kernel config for Mandrake 9.2? I want to configure some QoS scripts.

I would also want to know how to log in into multple X servers using different console terminals. a syntax of the command will do

Thanks

As i know, all features are implemented in modules by the Mandrake team

For multiple X session, just enter:

startx -- :1
startx -- :2

etc...
