Python + GTK Opinion Question

I am just wondering, I have made a few python programs using gtk. Is it better to use glade to create the xml file for the gui and then just attack the signals using python? Or is it better to create the gtk objects and pack them using python as well? Any suggestions and why you think that would be great.

I guess it all depends on how complex the GUI, how complex the program, how much you envision your program to change, etc.
