Linux VPN server .. how?

I want to have a VPN server, so my users can access it from the internet, where can I find complete reference for doing this on Linux server?

if it's for remote users, OpenVPN is probably a good fit, as it's a clientless SSL vpn. for ipsec, check openswan.
