No Sound:Debian Etch with VT8233/A/8235/8237 AC97 Audio Controller

Hi,

i installed debian etch with network install. Most is working, but i do not have sound with gnome. When i open the soundcontroll (top right), the message is: "Es konnten keine GStreamer-Plugins und/oder Geräte für Mischpultelemente gefunden werden." means: there are no GStreamer-Plugins

alsaconfig is working, and the status of the card looks good.

What can i do ??
