freeRADIUS and testing

I have not been able to connect any of my clients to my freeRADIUS server via EAP-TLS. I have everything configured ok and I suspect that it is an account issue. Whenever I run

PHP Code:
radius -
and

PHP Code:
radtest ACCOUNT PASSWORD IP-ADDRESS of RADIUS Server:1812 0 Secret Password
I alway recieve

PHP Code:
radclient no responsefrom server id 227
and this is the account that I have specified in radiusd.conf

Is there anything special that freeRADIUS requires for an account to work with my wireless clients? Any ideas?

i've not used freeradius, but it looks the radclient tool isn't receiving anything at all. is nothing being logged by the radius server? does tcpdump show an acceptable udp request to the server? what about a response?

I will perform a tcpdump on my interface. I really think that it is an account thing. Any other ideas?
