Post USB Audio UAC3553B - Philips pc link

With suse 9.3 i used to make the audio of Philips AZ2558 Stereo usb pc link UAC3553B work with rmmmod and modprobe ,
something like this :

rmmod snd-usb-audio
rmmod snd-usb-lib
rmmod snd-rawmidi
rmmod snd-hwdep
rmmod snd-seq
rmmod snd-hda-intel
rmmod snd-hda-codec
rmmod snd-pcm
rmmod snd-seq-device
rmmod snd-timer
rmmod soundcore
modprobe snd-usb-audio

But now using suse 10.1 64-bit this doesn't work , snd-hda-intel won't unload because it's always in use , with suse 9.3 this wasn't the case , i've noticed the newest suse release has a better working sound system but this maybe in disadvantage of the usb working radio . hi
i gather you are using snd-usb-audio too,
so you must have the 'USB mixer' enforced when you try alsamixer:

with me, that just allows one PCM output line, and in some programs (kamix), one PCM input, that s broken.
nothing like 5.1 capability or a working line-in.
please, how does your usb-mixer look?

thanks
