Yes of course, for others.

I use pip module that download and install the package psycopg2. The package downloaded and installed trough pip contains few compiled library .so they come with package. I uninstall module via pip uninstall psycopg2, then I download source code of project from site and compile it:
python setup.py build
python setup.py install
