mplayer is missing libbluray dependency.

When running mplayer in slackware64-current from 4/13, I get the following error:
mplayer: error while loading shared libraries: libbluray.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing libbluray from http://www.videolan.org/developers/libbluray.html fixes the problem.

libbluray has been added to current some time ago: you probably forgot to run "slackpkg install-new" when updating.

I see the problem. I have my own scripts to manage packages, and after downloading the packages, I was typing
Code:
upgradepg -install-new <packages>
I was missing a hyphen in the --install-new option.

Sorry for the noise.
