Question uberstudent; 3.0 require pae?

Sorry to distract other ubuntu users, but need info on uberstudent. Does the 3.0 version require PAE [just destroyed my CPU trying to force pae on it so could use uberstudent 4.0].
I know the earlier releases [1.0 & 2.0] didn't require PAE, but did this requirement just start with 4.0 or was it with 3.0?
Could probably get along nicely with the 3.0 if it doesn't require PAE.

How much ram do you have?

On my Dell I5 with 8 gig of ram. I run 32 bit with a PAE kernel for seeing all of my ram.
Without PAE. It will only see 4 gigs of it.

One does not need PAE if 4 gig of ram or under. But the cpu must be pae supportive if the iso is pae only.

Which is what uberstudent sounds like. If the 3.0 image and headers do not have PAE in the name. You can install and update-grub and run it. PAE is not a option if it is not in the name of the kernel.

Edit: Just realized my post sounds like nonsense which does not address the uberstudent 3.0 question. Since I have no clue on uberstudent. Plus not fully awake yet. My bad.

2nd Edit: Other than finding that uberstudent 3.0 uses a 3.8 kernel. With no details on exact name of the 32 bit and 64 bit kernels on the release notes by the developer.

Not my bad, that documentation is not detailed for uberstudent. Especially on release notes.

They have nice t-shirts though, I guess.
