upgrade RHEL 6.2 to RHEL 6.5 ?

Is there a straight way to upgrade RHEL 6.2 (x86_64) to RHEL 6.5 (x86_64) using only DVD (no internet access)?

Is there dedicated tool for this process ?

Use the RHEL6.5 DVD content as a local yum repository and then execute 'yum update' with root privilege.

See Need to set up yum repository for locally-mounted DVD on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 for more details.

Hi, thanks for answer.
I want to share how I finally managed to upgrade my RHEL.
Here it is:
1. Create following file with following content. (Mind your DVD with your version of RHEL is mounted to /media):
Code:
# vi /etc/yum.repos.d/RHEL_6.5.repo
[RHEL_6.5_Disc]
name=RHEL_6.5_x86_64_Disc
baseurl="file:///media/"
gpgcheck=0
2. Verify if you repository is added:
Code:
# yum repolist
3. Update/Upgrade/Sync:
Code:
# yum update or # yum upgrade or # distribution-synchronization
I used the first option # yum update and it worked well.

i take it you are not aware that 6.5 is missing about TWO YEARS!!!!! of security updates .

and is vulnerable to EVERY NOW CLOSED SECURITY HOLE in that time frame

if you are going to use REDHAT
buy the REQUIRED SUPPORT CONTRACT!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you USE RHEL BECAUSE OF THAT SUPPORT CONTRACT YOU PAID FOR!!!!!!

if you are NOT going to buy it
--- DO NOT USE IT!!!!!

instead install the FREE clone
CentOS 6.6 or the current 7.0

I don't usually respond to these types of posts but John W I think you are being a bit harsh here.

He said he did not have internet access not that he did not have Red Hat support. He did not indicate either way about that. And why would that matter to you?

He came here for support like the rest of us do and someone offered a valid solution to use the CD.
Also he said he solved the problem and posted back his solution for other to use if they needed it.

I have RH support and they are very good to deal with but they don't know it all and I find a lot of useful information here.

No flame intended jut some friendly advice.
