First, this is a volunteer forum....there is nothing 'urgent' here, and asking for/expecting 'urgent' help is fairly rude. We answer when we can...if you need 'urgent' help, your best suggestion would be to use Red Hat or SuSE enterprise, and
PAY FOR SUPPORT, and they will be there for you 24/7 for 'urgent' issues.
Second, a brief Google search would tell you that the error you're getting is related to a DNS issue. This thread:

...has suggestions for you to look at/try. Since this is 'urgent', did you try to look the error up first?
