AGAIN, please read the LQ rules and posting guidelines. You STILL aren't providing enough information, and a subject line of 'urgent' tells no one, ANYTHING, about your post. Also, this is NOT URGENT FOR ANYONE HERE...we volunteer our time, so asking for/expecting 'urgent' help is fairly rude.
You don't tell us what kind of mouse, how it's attached, or even if this device has EVER worked. Have you tried a different mouse? Is it enabled in the desktop control panel (and you don't tell us what GUI you're using, either).

And Gnome3 in relation to Ubuntu is not clear at all.
Gnome puts out Gnome Shell for the actual gui and Ubuntu by default uses Unity. They are not all that similar. Both run on a Gnome 3 base.
How did you install?
What is your hardware? No, I am not going to do a search for you make and model you can do that so we know what you are working with.
You list 3 distros none of which is Ubuntu. Are they on the same box? I multi boot so I would assume so but that is just an assumtion that is completely unsupported by facts. If they are on the same box does the mouse work under them. If they are on different boxes have you tried this same mouse on those boxes?
You installed a "few days" ago. Did the mouse work then?
If so;
What have you done, particularly close to the time the mouse quit being detected?
If the mouse is a usb mouse have you tried something really hard like trying a different usb port?
We are not mind readers. We have no posible ideas from the meager info you give us at all.
thanks for all

No, it isn't...because obviously your mouse wasn't detected properly, you have SOME underlying issue(s). But, since you still haven't answered any of our questions or provided any other details, good luck to you.
