ldapuser login issue


i want to create new user in ldapserver to login client pc
Useradd –d /home/guests/ldapuser2 ldapuser2
grep ldapuser2 /etc/passwd > /etc/openldap/passwd.ldapuser2
. /migrate_passwd.pl /etc/openldap/passwd.ldapuser2 /etc/openldap/ldapuser2.ldif
ldapadd -x –W -D "cn=Manager,dc=adminmart,dc=com" -f /etc/openldap/ldapuser2.ldif

after created the client terminal window
i have typed getent passwd ldapuser2
then i have typed su ldapuser2
sucessfully login
then i want to login the linux desktop with ldapuser2
paswward is 123
when i login it is telling authentication fail i could not able to loging

Right, because you didn't create the user correctly, following the advice you were given before. Go back, re-read the two threads you posted about how to create new users (and didn't respond to), and try what was suggested in them. After that, try looking up the ldappasswd command, and trying the examples there.
