You add user #6 the same way you did #1 through 5...and you'll do number 7 the same way.

And since you've posted this in the Red Hat forum, we can assume you're using RHEL...did you look at the Red Hat knowledegebase, since you're PAYING FOR RHEL??? Call Red Hat support for assistance? It would appear you followed the first part of a tutorial, but did you finish it? Look at the man page on the ldapadd command....and putting "how to add a user into a linux ldap server" into Google pulls up lots:
