kde-l10n-en_GB package NOT applied in Fedora 20 (32 bit)

Hello. I posted a question about this recently in the (unofficial) Fedora forum but have received no replies.

I installed the package named in the heading but, even after several re-boots, British English still does NOT appear in Desktop Settings > Common Appearance and Behaviour > Locale > Country/Region & Language : Languages tab.

Is there any file I can edit or another package I need to install to make British English available ?

I looked to see if there was another pkg-

The latest build of that pkg is 4.14.0-.fc22-(I think this is for fc21 and fc22)
4.13.3-1 is for Fedora 20.

Try looking in /usr/share/local and see if you have mention of '_GB' or something like 'entry.desktop'.

The binary file should be in /usr/bin if the pkg is installed.

Maybe other members will know if there is a configuration file for this application that needs editing--
You might be missing a library but I'm not sure.
