create separate boot partition after instllation

Hi,
I have installed one RHEL 5.0 server with only / partition now I want to move /boot data on separate partition with re-installation of whole OS.

thanks for your revert, But my questions was :-

i already have one RHEL 5.0 server wih only one / partition no swap no Boot but we have some raw blocks (free cylinders) on disks now what i want to do I want to create one /boot partition with 100 MB of separate blocks and wnat to move all /boot directory data on same.

1. RHEL 5.0 is way old; current is 5.9. you should upgrade for security and stability
BTW, RHEL latest is 6.4. v5.x is getting towards the end of its cycle.
2. The simplest soln to do what you want is to re-install from scratch
