Unhappy rhevm 2.2.4- couldn't access

Scenario: An already existing rhevm environment. A new user is added with admin privilege. But when the user tries to access the RHEVM home page (https:\\hostname\RHEVMManager)after installing the certificate successfully "trust not granted" is appearing. Please help.

https://access.redhat.com/site/solutions/315453
