If you have Ubuntu 12,10, 12.04 Precise Pangolin or older version of Ubuntu on your system, and want to upgrade to this new release, just follow the simple steps below and you can easily upgrade from Ubuntu 13.04 to Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy both Desktop and as well as Server editions.
