Question Raspberry Pi - xbmc SlackBuild fails (SlackwareARM 14.1)

Hi,
trying to build xbmc from SlackBuilds (using sbopkg) on a Raspberry Pi with SlackwareARM 14.1 fails:
Code:
CPP     xbmc/cores/dvdplayer/DVDAudio.o
CPP     xbmc/cores/dvdplayer/DVDClock.o
In file included from DVDClock.cpp:24:0:
/home/tmp/SBo/xbmc-13.1-Gotham/xbmc/utils/MathUtils.h: In member function 'int CDVDClock::UpdateFramerate(double, double*)':
/home/tmp/SBo/xbmc-13.1-Gotham/xbmc/utils/MathUtils.h:127:6: error: inconsistent operand constraints in an 'asm'
     );
      ^

     );
      ^
make[1]: *** [DVDClock.o] Error 1
make: *** [xbmc/cores/dvdplayer/DVDPlayer.a] Error 2

xbmc:
Would you like to continue processing the rest of the
queue or would you like to abort? If this failed
package is a dependency of another package in the queue
then it may not make sense to continue.

(Y)es to continue, (N)o to abort, (R)etry the build?:
The build process took about 8 hours so far, so I didn't try to use the SlackBuild without sbopkg.

Any ideas why it fails?

What I'd do is download this:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/poo....debian.tar.xz

Look at debian/rules and see what they're doing with regards to build-time config options.
The config options in the xmbc SlackBuild has --enable-neon
Assuming this means enable NEON instructions, then you're going to have a problem with that since the RPi doesn't support them.
Try removing that and looking at the other options that Ubuntu have - such as disabling GLES.

If that doesn't work, ask on the XBMC list -- a 5 second google search shows you're not the only person to have this exact problem.

Thanks, drmozes, but after four unsuccessful trials, I finally gave up.
I installed SlaXBMC instead and now I'm happy with it.
