Of course LQ.

I also would support the GNOME Foundation and Perl Development Grant Fund.

I believe Perl is a big part of many technologies in the IT industry and should be supported in any way that it can.
GNOME is another big part of the OpenSource community and gets my backing as well.

Well, after voting twice for LQ, I chose not to do it a third time, even if they would deserve it - Tricky - you seem to vote very similarly to me
