Sun (Sun Blade workstation) hardware do not support anything other than Solaris OS.

And what are specifications and configurations of this H/w?

Anyway, you can go with Solaris 11.1.

Once explain what you've done exactly and what's your requirement.

I was also doubtful about compatibility of Solaris 11.1 on this H/w.

Anyway, you can go with Solaris 10.

Download from here: Oracle Solaris 10 8/11. Choose " Oracle Solaris 10 (SPARC)". Burn into a DVD and install on your workstation.

Ubuntu can't run on this CPU, it does not have a SPARC port. You can try it with Debian's SPARC version or one of the BSDs.
