network scanner Brother MFC-8510DN ip issue

I installed week ago cento7 and scanner worked like a charm on the fly

However, yesterday I had to reinstall Centos7 for an efi bios problem, leaving untouched the /home partition
Unfortunately, despite the scanner being installed on the right ip , when I try to launch a scanning, after the first ping at the right p, it changes IP
Here it is:

[root@Host-001 lando]# brsaneconfig4 -p
ping -w 10

PING ( 56(84) bytes of data.
From icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
From icmp_seq=3 Destination Host Unreachable
From icmp_seq=4 Destination Host Unreachable

--- ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 0 received, +4 errors, 100% packet loss, time 2999ms
pipe 4

Is it some thingh regarding firewall or some kind of sane old config file in the /home partition?

Thank for any help

You might need delete and add scanner again. Some information could be saved under your account.

Try pining without the '0';

You shouldn't add the leading '0' to the ip address.

1)Set CUPS LogLevel set to debug.
2)cat /var/log/cups/error_log.
The log should tell you what's problem.
